Moores Lab AI is heading to DAC 2026, and this year we’re doing more than just exhibiting. We’re stepping into one of the most important conversations happening in the industry right now.
On Wednesday, July 29, our CEO Shelly Henry will join the panel “Harnessing AI for SoC Verification: Disruptive or Collaborative?” It is shaping up to be a genuinely dynamic session. The panel brings together a mix of founders, engineers, and industry leaders who are actively building and deploying AI in design and verification. Alongside Shelly, speakers include Garima Sharda from Silicon Labs, Adnan Hamid from Breker Verification Systems, Simon Davidmann of both Imperas and Breker.
What makes this panel worth attending is the tension at the center of it. AI in verification is moving fast, and there’s a real question on the table: is this a disruption to the way chips are built today, or an evolution of the existing ecosystem? You’ll hear directly from people building agentic AI tools, as well as those shaping more established EDA approaches. The conversation will dig into what’s actually changing in workflows, how startups and incumbents are working together, and where AI is already impacting productivity, time to tapeout, and the overall pace of development. It’s also designed to be interactive, with plenty of room for audience questions and debate.
At DAC 2026, these are the conversations that matter. If you’re trying to understand where AI is real, where it’s hype, and how it will affect your work over the next few years, this is a session to be in the room for. If this conversation makes you eager to dive deeper, come find us at Booth 826 after the panel. We’d love to continue the conversation and show you what we’ve been building.
