When you’re building software for silicon engineers, credibility isn’t something you can manufacture in a tagline. You earn it in the details, in the workflows, and in the parts of the process where “almost right” still costs months. That’s why we’ve been intentional about who we ask to challenge our thinking and help shape our direction.
From the beginning, our advisory board has been built around one goal: keep Moores Lab AI grounded in what’s real across AI, silicon, go-to-market, and the systems that make this industry run. Today, that board includes Ashutosh Saxena, an AI leader and founder who’s helped push the frontier across academia and industry, Sanjay Lall, who brings decades of experience helping semiconductor and EDA organizations scale adoption, Parthasarathy Srinivasan, who understands the operational and supply chain realities behind getting complex technology into the world, and K. Balasubramanian, whose leadership track record reflects what it takes to build durable semiconductor businesses.
As our work has matured, the questions we’re asking have matured too. Not “can this be built,” but “can this be trusted,” “can this fit into how teams actually work,” and “can this hold up when it’s running inside production constraints.” That’s why we’re excited to welcome Ram Sriharsha and Tom Fitzpatrick into the Moores Lab AI orbit.
Ram brings the kind of systems-first perspective that’s hard to overstate. He’s spent his career in environments where reliability, scale, and adoption are the product, and where engineering decisions have to survive contact with real usage. Tom brings deep verification credibility and a lived understanding of where rigor is won or lost. He’s been part of shaping verification methodology and the standards that keep this community honest, which matters when you’re building tools meant to sit inside the most unforgiving parts of the flow.
Taken together, our advisory board represents real-world leadership across the stack, and a set of people who will keep pushing us toward building AI that feels native to engineering work.
